The City of Hampton's Ordinances are maintained by the Clerk of Council. If you have any questions regarding the municipal ordinances please contact the Hampton Community Development Department at 770-946-3406.

The Municipal Code is organized by Articles and a Table of Contents is provided to facilitate location of specific divisions. The searchable version of the Municipal Code may not include all changes to the City of Hampton code as approved by the Mayor and City Council since the last update of the official printed version.
