Newly hired full-time employees are eligible for benefits on the first day following a 30-day window. For example, if an employee starts on September 5, his/her benefits will be active on November 1.

Vesting after 5 years of full-time employment.

Public Safety Employees Only: Rule of 80 Full Retirement - Participant's combined total credit service and age must equal or exceed 80.
