General
This form is to be used to request a memorial marker for a deceased veteran of the armed services.
Criteria
The following information will be used to help determine the eligibility of an individual.
- Served, with honor, in a branch of the U.S. armed services
- Be deceased
- The person making the request must be a Hampton resident or the veteran must have been a Hampton resident.
- Deadline for turning in application for markers will be:
- April 15th - To have marker out for Memorial Day
- September 27th - To have marker out for Veterans Day
Costs
Cost to produce each marker and purchase flag is $45. Donations are accepted.
